The Cheer Gym Parent Foundation is a non-profit foundation that fosters relationships between the cheer gym cheerleaders, their parents and the local community. The foundation works as a liaison to develop fund raising opportunities for its members. cheergym

Each member of the Cheer Gym Parent Foundation gets a personal account. All the money they help raise gets deposited into their individual account. The funds are then used to pay for each member’s individual competition/travel expenses.

Howard Schoor and The Collier Golf Classic

The Collier Youth Services Foundation, based in New Jersey, is a regional, non-profit, non-sectarian organization that gives at-risk and handicapped children “a chance to grow” to their potential through its specialized high school, residential group homes  year-round environmental educational studies, summer day camp and recreational programs. This October 1st, in Farmingdale, New Jersey at Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club will be the 18th annual Collier Golf Classic, which will benefit the kids of Collier Youth Services.

At this event there will be many sponsorship opportunities available to help this great cause, including a driving range sponsor and putting contest sponsor.

For over 20 years, one of the loyal donors to Collier Youth Services has been philanthropist and humanitarian, Howard Schoor and his charity, the Schoor Family Foundation. This year, Mr Schoor’s foundation will be the cocktail sponsor of the event and will be participating in the tournament.

Last year, Mr. Schoor was part of the winning foursome and was presented with a first place trophy along with a gift certificate to the course’s golf shop.

Collier Youth Services – 85th Anniversary Gala

This month, Collier Youth Services celebrated its 85th year of providing various recreational and educational programs and services for at-risk youth. To celebrate this huge feat the organization held a fundraising gala at Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club in Farmingdale, New Jersey.

The event featured musical acts, fine dining, auctions and a chance to unlock a jewelry box containing a $1,600 David Yurman watch!

During the event, Collier Youth Services honored Tin McCloone & Holiday Express, as well as AT&T Pioneers and the Founding Sisters of the Good Shepherd. Ruby Sponsor

A proud Ruby Sponsor for this year’s gala was philanthropist and humanitarian Howard Schoor. For over 20 years Mr. Schoor served on the Board of Directors of Collier Services where he established the Collier Youth Services Foundation which has helped pay for year-round environmental educational studies, summer day camp and recreational programs for these at-risk children, as well as the core services of Collier High School and group homes.
